Jabatan Hal Ehwal Kesatuan Sekerja (JHEKS) Johor has organized a talk and sharing program titled “Program Bicara dan Perkongsian Menelusuri 1 Mei 2026: Pekerja Kesuma Bangsa” southern zone level in conjunction with Workers’ Day on May 1st, 2026 located at ADTEC JTM Campus Batu Pahat. The inauguration was completed by the Deputy Director General of JHEKS, Mrs. Anita binti Ahmad and the welcome was delivered by Mrs. Rafizah Binti Abdul Manan, Director of JHEKS Negeri Johor.
A total of 275 entries involving various parties including Trade Unions (117), ADTEC Students (84), Locals/Communities (37), Employers/Companies (8), GIG Workers (8) and Department Representatives/Exhibitors (26).
The first talk was delivered by Dr. Sharifah Nor Sabira binti Dato’ Hj. Syed Mohd Ali Head of the Occupational Health Section of the Johor State Department of Safety and Occupational Health titled “Mental Health & Stress Management”. The second talk was delivered by Mrs. Noratishah binti Mohamed Senior Manager, J.K. Wire Harness Sdn. Bhd. entitled “We Build Sustainable Growth”.
While the talk session was conducted by Puan Aniza binti Abd Rahim from the Johor Corporate Court together with 3 panel members namely Dr. Sharifah Nor Sabira binti Dato’ Hj. Syed Mohd Ali, Puan Noratishah binti Mohamed and Mr. Hj. Zainuddin bin Mohd Noh (Employee Representative Panel) President of the University Executive Staff Union Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.
JHEKS Johor expresses its gratitude to the joint secretaries of JHEKS Melaka, Enterprise Court and ADTEC JTM Kampus Batu Pahat, Johor and all participants who were present in making this program successful.
