He emphasised that a cohesive and dynamic team structure is instrumental in driving efficient and impactful public service delivery in line with the department’s mission and ministerial aspirations.

The course adopted a holistic and interactive approach, encompassing modules on leadership development, conflict management, effective communication, and team-building challenges designed to stimulate both mental and physical resilience. The programme aimed not only to enhance collaboration and professionalism among participants but also to cultivate trust, shared responsibility, and organisational efficiency.

The positive impact of the course was evident through the participants’ increased motivation, enhanced role awareness, and strengthened commitment to integrity and accountability in their daily responsibilities.
