{"id":1183,"date":"2025-07-03T09:18:56","date_gmt":"2025-07-03T01:18:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jheks.mohr.gov.my\/?p=1183"},"modified":"2025-07-07T09:21:41","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T01:21:41","slug":"strengthening-trade-union-management-through-the-2025-e-tuis-enhancement-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jheks.mohr.gov.my\/index.php\/en\/strengthening-trade-union-management-through-the-2025-e-tuis-enhancement-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"STRENGTHENING TRADE UNION MANAGEMENT THROUGH THE 2025 e-TUIS ENHANCEMENT WORKSHOP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"543\"><strong>Tanjung Rambutan, Perak <\/strong>\u2013 The Department of Trade Union Affairs (JHEKS) Perak, in collaboration with JHEKS Headquarters, successfully organised the 2025 e-TUIS Enhancement Workshop at the Sultan Azlan Shah Ministry of Health Training Institute (ILKKM SAS).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"822\">The workshop brought together 22 trade unions from across the state of Perak, serving as a strategic platform to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital governance in trade union administration through the Electronic Trade Union Information System (e-TUIS).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"1076\">The programme was organized by Ms. Joanna Inbarani A\/P Thawamany, Director of JHEKS Perak, and supported by a team of experienced speakers and facilitators from JHEKS Headquarters who provided hands-on guidance and technical insights to all participants.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1121\">The key objectives of the workshop were to:<\/p>\n<p><span>i) Improve user understanding and skills in operating the e-TUIS system effectively and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>ii) Identify and address technical issues faced by system users at the implementation level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>iii) Provide exposure to new features and system improvements to enhance the functionality and ease of access of e-TUIS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>iv) Strengthen cooperation between implementing parties and users in ensuring that trade union-related matters can be carried out more systematically and smoothly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1178 size-full td-animation-stack-type0-2\" src=\"http:\/\/jheks.mohr.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG-20250707-WA0007.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1833\">This initiative reflects JHEKS Perak\u2019s continued commitment to supporting the Government\u2019s public service digitalisation agenda, particularly in improving the efficiency and transparency of trade union governance nationwide.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tanjung Rambutan, Perak \u2013 The Department of Trade Union Affairs (JHEKS) Perak, in collaboration with JHEKS Headquarters, successfully organised the 2025 e-TUIS Enhancement Workshop at the Sultan Azlan Shah Ministry of Health Training Institute (ILKKM SAS).
