Datuk Azman Bin Mohd Yusof, Ketua Setiausaha KESUMA, bersama pemimpin kesatuan dari Pulau Pinang, Kedah, Perlis dan Perak. Kehadiran mereka menzahirkan komitmen bersama kerajaan negeri dan persekutuan terhadap kebajikan pekerja.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u200e<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1090\" src=\"http:\/\/jheks.mohr.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/pheks-johor-fb-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"641\" \/><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u200e<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Kerajaan memperuntukkan RM10 juta, peruntukan tertinggi dalam sejarah PHEKS, berbanding RM5.8 juta pada 2024. Daripada jumlah itu, RM7.15 juta diluluskan untuk 551 permohonan, termasuk RM1.51 juta bagi 124 permohonan dari Zon Utara. Sebanyak RM2.85 juta lagi diagih untuk program outreach dan khidmat masyarakat.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u200e<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1089\" src=\"http:\/\/jheks.mohr.gov.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/pheks-johor-fb-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1040\" height=\"694\" \/><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u200e<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dalam ucapan, YB Menteri menekankan PHEKS sebagai simbol iltizam KESUMA untuk memperkasa suara pekerja, sejajar prinsip Malaysia MADANI berteraskan Keadilan, Kesejahteraan dan Keterangkuman. Inisiatif ini bukan sekadar bantuan kewangan, tetapi wadah memperkukuh kepimpinan kesatuan yang matang dan responsif.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u200e<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Majlis ini turut mengiktiraf peranan penting kesatuan dalam memperjuangkan hak pekerja dan menyokong hubungan industri yang harmoni.
