Application for the Registration of New Rules or Alteration of Rules
 
Every Trade Unions have their own rules to ensure their functionalities and become more effective based on their objectives. Changes can be make to the existing rules according to the situations and requirements and must follows the rules.
 
Types of changes :-

Documents that need to be submitted are as follow:- 
Form K - 3 copies 

Pracipe Form with " setem hasil" RM10.00  - 1 copy
 
Form U ( if alteration involve the increasing fee or adding member liability or reducing benefits)
- 3 copies 

List of alteration printed / Alteration printed list  - 6 copies 

Minutes of trade union's inaugural meeting or representatives conference  - 2 copies
